The Career School

Your Comprehensive Careers Curriculum

Introducing The Career School, our new in-school provision designed to enhance industry exploration and skill development for your students.

Made up of three key elements, we guide students through the next stages of their career through teaching, training and testing; providing them with the tools they need to excel in their next steps. Carefully curated with the Gatsby Benchmarks in mind, The Career School is made to fit seamlessly into your existing careers curriculum

Our career experts have carefully researched and curated a menu of modules that target skill development. All our workshops are designed to be interactive and engaging. We will work with you to decide a menu and model (online or in-person) that compliments your existing careers provision. Choose from one of the below 8 categories, and reveal the modules that are included.

  1. A refined and accentuated knowledge of the most desirable skills employers are looking for as found in the world economic forum report (2023): Analytical Thinking & Creative Thinking.

8: Getting Ready for the Next Destination

Train It: Weekend Career Masterclass

As part of The Career School offering, students have the opportunity to choose one of our weekend masterclasses, from 15 different careers. From medicine, to entrepreneurship, to fashion design, we encourage students to explore their chosen career first hand, gaining advice from industry professionals and guidance for their next steps.

Please note, the cost of the weekend programme listed on the website is included in The Career School price per student.

Test It: Assessment Centre

Our fully comprehensive mock Assessment Centre is the star of the Career School! We will bring our team to your site, to put the skills your students have been developing through our modules, programmes and beyond to the test.

This is a flexible offering, created to suit your needs and timetable. We can offer a full day, or half day and can work proactively around the space you are able to provide.
