Since 2012, InvestIN has been providing students from around the world with an immersive experience of their dream career. Based in London, we have welcomed over 70,000 students from across the UK and over 100 countries. We are the go-to global provider, delivering practical and professional-led career experiences for school students, and we are committed to fostering career confidence in every student who joins us.

Shu has received two master's degrees from the University of Birmingham. For over a decade she has been working in career consultancy and international student recruitment for summer courses, independent high schools and higher education institutions across the UK, USA and Germany.
Senior International Partnership ManagerRichard Lawless
After graduating with a degree in public relations in 2009, Richard has spent the last 14 years working in international education, from sales and marketing to operations and delivery. Richard is a Senior International Partnership Manager for Europe, MENA and LATAM.
International Admissions Associate DirectorRebecca Joyce
Joining InvestIN in 2021, Rebecca has developed deep expertise in student experience, sales and admissions, taking over as the lead for international admissions in 2024. She works closely with our partners to ensure the booking and enrolment process is as smooth as possible from start to finish.
An International Learning Experience
InvestIN provides a unique opportunity for international students to enter the careers space, as well as experience university campus life in central London, alongside other ambitious and like-minded students.
Our students often cite the opportunity to connect with a range of people from different backgrounds and cultures as one of their highlights of their time with us. Our Summer Experiences are made up of approximately 50% UK students and 50% international, while our term-time weekend programmes are predominantly made up of UK students. Our programmes are delivered in English and we require a minimum B2 (CEFR) intermediate level of English.
