InvestIN is an organisation that provides inspirational career-experience programmes to school students who aspire to break into some of the world’s most-desirable professions. On our programmes, we aim to create the ‘ultimate work experience’ before university, through interactive simulations, seminars, networking sessions, and career coaching guidance. All our programmes and internships are led by highly-successful professionals from those industries, so you can work alongside - and learn from - the best.

We offer experiences in 20 different careers, both in-person and 'live online'.

Our career programmes are aimed at students aged 12-18 with a passion, ambition or curiosity about a particular career. Programmes are split into two streams: some for ages 15-18 and others for ages 12-14. No prior knowledge is required; our professionals coach students through each session.

Our programmes are designed to offer attendees the ultimate experience of a profession. Our hands-on activities and exposure to a range of professionals give students a unique chance to immerse themselves in the world of a specific career not usually available to school students. Attendance of an InvestIN programme also demonstrates you have gained a variety of key skills, enabling you to boost your UCAS/college applications and have something powerful to talk about at interview. You will also gain a network of top professionals in your desired career before starting university, in the all-important race for the top internship and graduate roles.

There is no application required to attend our programmes, as we feel that passion, ambition and a willingness to commit to your future is enough. Our programmes, however, are extremely popular and are often full several months in advance. We offer our places on a first-come first-served basis and places are highly limited.
