Get Ready for Your Summer Experience

Thank you for completing your student enrolment form.

On this page you will find all the key information you will need for your experience including programme timetables, information on our accommodation and arrival and departure information.

Both parents and students will also receive a separate email inviting you to join Reach over the next couple of weeks, an online platform we use during the students' experience for registration and other important things. Please ensure that you set up your account and log your arrival and departure information as soon as possible. You will find a full user guide for Reach on this page.

We look forward to seeing you this summer!

Information We Require

Please ensure you have completed the following forms ahead of your student's arrival.

Student Enrolment Form

You will have already filled this out, and a member of our team will have reviewed it and signed it off.  However, if any information changes including updated contact details or medical information please get in touch at to let us know as soon as possible.

Transfer Information Form

All residential students must complete a Transfer Information Form, regardless of their mode of transport. You can access the form on Reach, please complete it as soon as possible after you have received your invite to the platform.

Arrival, Departure and Transfer Information

Check In and Check Out Times

Residential students should arrive at the accommodation between 12pm and 5pm on arrival day. We will run an informal activity programme during this time. There will be a formal induction session at 5:30pm. On the students' final day in the accommodation, they will need to check out of their rooms by 10am. They should leave by 1pm unless they have booked an airport transfer with InvestIN, which may depart later depending on the flight time. If you need to arrive or depart outside of these times, please contact us at to let us know.

InvestIN Transfers

For students who have purchased an InvestIN airport transfer as part of their package. We would advise that the best experience for students is using the Heathrow Transfer Service, as students are able to meet course mates, and travel with peers. Our Heathrow Service is available for flights arriving between 6am and 5pm on Arrival Day and for flights departing after 9am on Departure Days. For full information please click below!

Parent & Guardian Transfers

For students making their own way to their Summer Experience we ask that they let us know what time they expect to arrive to allow our team to plan for their arrival. Please log this on Reach. All students not arriving via an InvestIN transfer must be dropped off and collected by a parent, guardian or trusted adult, we ask that you let us know the name of that person in advance, and that the named adult brings photographic ID with them. All of this information should be logged on REACH. The below link will go live in April.

What to Bring

Whilst there is no strict dress code, we encourage our students to dress professionally during course hours. Outside of course hours, students can dress casually. Students will need to bring a laptop or tablet with them for their programme. As our Summer Experiences are run during British summer, the weather can be unpredictable. We would strongly advise students pack clothing suitable for both warm and cool (including wet!) weather. Please see a full packing list here.

You will be able to find out the location and timings on your agenda. Please click the link above in the timetable section of the page.

Is there a dress code?
