Supplementary AI interview simulation & coaching, for recruitment at elite investment banks
We are thrilled to launch a supplementary AI interview preparation package to students of the Young Investment Banker Summer Experience, enabling you to gain a head-start at AI-powered graduate recruitment practices used by elite investment banking firms.
Record demand, fewer roles and AI-driven hiring have made finance recruitment more competitive than ever and there is a science behind the assessment criteria. This AI interview experience gives school students a head-start over the competition, with targeted support and practice at the most challenging stage of the recruitment process. By gaining exposure to these real-world recruitment practices now, students are able to prepare early and build the confidence, experience and competitive advantage required to secure undergraduate internships during their time at university.

The AI Interview Accelerator provides students with:
- 2 x online interview coaching sessions covering commonly asked questions pertaining to competency, motivation and commercial awareness
- 3 x practice AI interview simulations, reflective of the first stage graduate recruitment rounds at bulge bracket investment banks like Goldman Sachs and BlackRock
- Objective AI-led feedback on how to communicate clearly and concisely
- Certificate of completion
- Potential for referral to a highly selective academy for finance recruitment

The coaching and simulation is delivered on-demand and students can complete in their own time before Friday 31st July 2026.
The AI Interview Accelerator package fee is £295 and can be added to any length of programme with the Young Investment Banker Summer Experience. The package includes:

Yes, all students who attended a 1 or 2-week Summer Experience are eligible to add this package to their booking.
Yes, upon completion of the coaching sessions and interview simulations, you will receive a certificate of completion to boost future applications.
The AI Interview Accelerator is delivered in partnership with a CISI-endorsed finance training programme provider, typically providing undergraduate level students with recruitment coaching for entry into elite investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and BlackRock.

All applicants will receive access to the coaching and simulation portal.

Deadline for completion of the coaching sessions and simulated interviews.

Certificates will be distributed.
Once you have received access to the platform, you will be able to launch the coaching sessions and practice interview simulations. There is no pass or fail, as you will receive objective AI-led feedback on your responses and a certificate of completion.
