The Young Engineer Programme gives students the ultimate engineering work experience through a series of interactive role-plays, seminars, case studies, and Q&A sessions with a group of distinguished engineers from some of the biggest names in the industry.

By the end of the programmeyou will have gained a huge competitive advantage over other budding engineers and a ‘gold star’ experience to add to your UCAS application.

Programme Outcomes and Highlights

You will gain a live, interactive experience of working as an engineer across various disciplines including:

  • Civil Engineering

You will be coached on how to land your dream job in engineering:

  • An action plan of how to get a top job, starting now.
  • Coaching by experts on: A-level, university and degree choices; extra-curricular activities; work experience; and application and interview techniques.

You will be guided by exceptional engineers from a variety of sectors:

  • Q&A time with a selection of leading engineers from electric vehicle design, aeronautical engineering, and software app engineering.

    This programme is for students aged 15-18 who have the passion and ambition to both learn about this career, and start boosting their UCAS/college applications & CVs. If you are a student who is slightly older or younger than our guidelines, then please do get in touch with us to discuss your specific situation.

    There is no application process, and you can secure your place simply by clicking “Register Now”. We operate on a first-come first-served basis and programme places are limited; we are usually full a couple of months in advance of the programme date. No prior knowledge or experience is required to join this programme as we build your knowledge from the basics up to more advanced concepts.
