The Young Doctor Programme

London • Ages 15-18

10th - 11th October/ 21st - 22nd November/ 5th - 6th December 2020

On the Young Doctor Programme, a group of experienced doctors will immerse you in a series of interactive role-plays, simulations, seminars, and Q&A sessions, to give you an immersive experience of practising medicine.

You will be immersed in a virtual emergency room, coached through a patient diagnosis from start to finish, and trained in how to maximise your chances of gaining entry into a top medical school. You will also be coached on general practice and psychiatry, and learn how to identify problems in public health.

The programme takes place over 2 days – Saturday dedicated to essential skills and medical school applications; Sunday to medical specialities and ethics. You can choose to attend either one or both days.

Attendance will give you a competitive edge in the Medical School application process and a 'super-curricular' experience to add to your UCAS form.
